Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the scooter or accessory you wish to return.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack your product in its original box with all manuals and tools included to ensure it reaches our warehouse in brand-new condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
